//SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING

HI TECH is the student association of School of Engineering in Jönköping. I was in charge of HI TECH's social media channels from July 2022 to July 2023. The main purpose with HI TECH's social media channels is to provide students with valuable information about the student life in an easy and informative way. I collaborated with a team of four other students to ensure that all information from the HI TECH board was effectively communicated.

//PROJECTS

One of my key projects as Head of Social was managing the marketing for HI TECH's biannual meetings, held twice a year. This included promoting board positions to inspire interest among potential applicants and providing clear, informative content about the purpose of the meetings and members’ rights within HI TECH. The campaigns used social media channels and printed posters that were placed around campus to effectively reach students. Another significant initiative was the creation of HI TECH Story guidelines, designed to ensure that Instagram Stories aligned more closely with the branding guidelines of the association. I also designed patches (embroidered fabric badges) as part of the association’s merchandise. In addition to these projects, I delegated tasks within my team, organized workflows to meet deadlines, and reviewed graphic materials from other HI TECH groups to ensure consistency across all content.

//SKILLS ACQUIRED

During my time as Head of Social at HI TECH, I developed strong leadership and organizational skills by managing a team and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously. I enhanced my abilities in graphic design, social media strategy, and branding through creating marketing materials and establishing content guidelines. Additionally, I gained experience in ensuring high-quality content and aligning it with the organization’s branding.
