WMNUP! is a women-only fitness studio tailored for women aged 20-40. The project started off by creating the brand name followed by shaping a vibrant visual identity. This project contains a simplified brand identity in form of a brand sheet, a logo animation, Instagram marketing and merch. It is aimed not just for visual appeal, but also for crafting a narrative that resonates with women looking to embrace fitness as a powerful and empowering aspect of their lives. The result is a fictional studio that embodies dedication, inclusivity, and the potential to make a vibrant community for women's fitness enthusiasts to grow.

//INSPIRATION

This project draws inspiration from J. Howard Miller's iconic "We Can Do It!" poster, which serves as a powerful symbol of women's capability and empowerment. The name "WMNUP!" is inspired by the phrase "Man up!" which is often used to tell someone to be brave or tough. It was important to convey a message of empowerment for women by playing with established gender norms and structures.

//CONCEPT

The decision to opt for a rich color palette, along with modern typefaces, aimed to resonate with the studio's target audience as well as conveying a sense of vitality and empowerment. Crafted with the brand's visual identity in focus, the marketing material utilizes playful colors and typefaces in diverse combinations. The intention is to deliver a clear yet visually appealing message in each post. To avoid overwhelming the viewer with too many colors, the decision was made to apply a black and white effect to all pictures.
